Please read them carefully before placing an order with us. These terms explain what you need to know when purchasing from GRVE WEAR. If you believe there is a mistake in these terms, please contact us to discuss it. We may revise these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice by posting updated versions on our website. The terms in effect at the time you place your order will apply to that purchase.
1. Shipping
We aim to deliver your order as quickly and reliably as possible.
- Within Nairobi: Delivery takes 1–2 business days.
- Outside Nairobi: Delivery takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking update via SMS or email so you can follow your delivery in real time.
2. Returns & Exchanges
If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, you may return unworn and unused items within the same day of delivery for an exchange or store credit. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.

3. Orders & Payments
All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include applicable taxes. We accept secure online payments through major payment methods available at checkout.
